I’m excited to share this with you. My name is Russell “Rusty,” and I founded Nortec Inc. in my dining room in the 1970s. During that time, we focused on supporting Big Iron (mainframes). As the industry shifted towards smaller systems, our focus changed as well.
As we adapted to the changing tech landscape, we grew from just a handful of us to over 300 employees. Despite our growth in headcount, we continued to prioritize our clients as individuals. This approach allowed us to partner with leading companies like Boeing, Microsoft, Nike, Weyerhaeuser, and Google. Consequently, we are now headquartered in Mill Creek, Washington, with offices in Portland, Oregon, and Bellingham, Washington.
We have evolved into Nortec Staffing, LLC, expanding our services to support both contract and permanent staffing needs throughout the United States. We specialize in data and technology-related positions, including Business Intelligence (BI), Software Engineering, and Cyber Security.
