Contractors / Temporary Staff

For short-term or project-based needs, we provide skilled contractors or temp staff. This gives you flexibility to scale your workforce quickly, without the long-term commitment of a permanent hire.

Contract-to-Hire Option

If you’d like to “try before you buy,” our contract-to-hire model is the perfect fit. You bring on talent as a contractor, and once you’re confident in their fit and performance, you have the option to convert them to full-time employment.

Payroll Services

Already found the talent but need help with administration? We’ll take care of the back-end. Our payroll services run on a percentage over the direct labor rate, giving you a simple, compliant way to manage payments and reduce overhead.
