Electrical Systems Assembler / Installer
We’re looking for a detail-driven and technically skilled Electrical Systems Assembler to join our high-performing aviation team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for installing and integrating complex electrical systems, components, and accessories into aircraft with precision and care. Your work directly impacts the safety, functionality, and compliance of the finished product, making you an essential part of our quality-first mission. From interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics to conducting continuity checks and executing hand-forming and soldering, you’ll ensure every connection meets the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
Assemble and install electrical systems and components in aircraft or designated sections following rigorous quality guidelines.
Identify and locate points, parts, and assemblies using layout lines, specifications, schematics, and production references.
Conduct electrical continuity tests to verify system integrity.
Use visual aids such as diagrams, change orders, schematics, photographs, and work instructions to guide work.
Do electrical rework and updates, even without the aid of jigs or tooling.
Choose correct materials, tools, shields, and assemblies for the job at hand.
Report issues related to sequencing, material type, wire sizing, or processes to appropriate leadership.
Complete hand wiring, forming, and soldering tasks as needed.
Perform mechanical tasks that support or are necessary to complete electrical assignments.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Comfortable lifting and moving items ranging from 10–40 lbs.
Able to comfortably handle repetitive movements, including climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Normal exposure to shop elements, solvents, metal shavings, moving parts, and varying noise levels is expected.
